Christmas season delivery
In order to make sure you receive your parcels in time for Christmas, please place your orders with us before the 15th of December 2018. For Auckland residents, we are also offering local pick up from Botany Town Centre on weekdays till the 21st of December 2018. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for pick up option.
When will I receive my order?
Our aim is to dispatch your purchased items within 1 working day after receiving your order. As some of our products are hand made to order, occasionally on public holidays, weekends or extremely busy periods, this might take longer. Fret not, we are working on it to get it to you as soon as possible.
Please ensure you provide a full delivery address when ordering as we are unable to send to PO Boxes or Private Bags. Generally you can expect to receive your parcel within 2 working days after dispatch. Rural delivery will take one or two days longer. Unfortunately at this stage we are not able to ship internationally.
We will email you the tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds Policy
What is Lumiora's return & refund policy?
In the unlikely event that the product(s) you receive do not match the description on our website or is faulty, we will accept the product(s) for return and refund your money. If the situation arises, please contact us at email@example.com immediately so we can work out a solution for you.
Due to the nature of our products and their shelf life, please ensure that the product(s) you purchase is suitable for the purpose that you have in mind as we are not obliged to provide a refund if you simply change your mind about a product.
